PWS is looking to open between 30 to 50 new laundromats in the next 12 months.

PWS builds state-of-art, modern laundromats and sells them to qualified operators throughout the country.

Site Criteria:

  • 2,500 – 6,000 sq ft (for lease) / 2,500 – 15,000 sq ft (for purchase)
  • High density
  • High renter
  • Great parking (at least 4:1)
  • Good exposure
  • Landlord must be willing to build out laundromat space. PWS will provide all laundry equipment
  • Always interested in 2nd generation laundromat space
